working hard

As I might have mentioned, I have a few huge, important, crushing deadlines looming over me.  So, of course, I have been working really hard. Proof:

Oh wait, I mean I have been trying to work really hard.  But I am not very good at it.  I am a mood worker.  When the mood strikes me, I can be super productive......the mood doesn't strike that often.  So I procrastinate like crazy.

Case in point, I just spent15, maybe 20 minutes making a picture of me and my dogs sleeping under my desk.

::Sigh:: Maybe my committee will accept the drawing in lieu of actual knowledge?
