We Need a Bigger Bed

We have a king sized bed - we can't buy a bigger bed without getting it specially made.  This thought keeps me up at nights some times because this is as big as it gets, and I usually don't have enough room to lay down flat.  What am I talking about?  Well, let me give you an example:

I woke up this morning, climbed over the dog and the foot board, and went to the bathroom.  When I walked back into my bedroom, my bed looked like this:

My husband and both dogs were still sound asleep (or at least pretending to be) and their respective drool marks made it look like they hadn't moved in a while.

So.....I guess I slept here last night?

I guess that explains why my back hurts so much today. By the way, if you compare the second and third pictures you can see that I was probably being drooled on at both ends.

So, now you see my dilemma.  What can I do?  I can't kick anyone out.
